At Creed Fragrances UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return any unopened and unused fragrance in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the protective cellophane seal remains intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
